This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered by Sealera.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and fulfilled within 1–2 days after the order is placed.

Processing times may vary during busy periods, high order volume, carrier delays, public holidays, or unexpected operational delays.

2. Delivery Time

After an order has been fulfilled, delivery usually takes 3–7 days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, shipping carrier, customs processing, weather, high order volume, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our control.

3. Countries We Ship To

Sealera ships to the following countries and regions:

Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

4. Tracking

Tracking information is provided once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after your tracking number is issued.

5. Shipping Costs

Sealera may offer free shipping when customers purchase two or more products through an eligible bundle offer.

Shipping costs, if any, will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

6. Shipping Delays

Although most orders arrive within the estimated delivery time, delays may occur.

Sealera is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, public holidays, high order volume, incorrect customer details, or other events outside our control.

We will review the tracking information and help investigate the issue where possible.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect, contact us immediately at:

support@sealera.com

Address changes are not guaranteed. If the order has already been fulfilled or shipped, Sealera is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

8. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your order has been delivered, but you cannot locate the package, Sealera is not responsible for the missing package.

In this situation, we recommend:

  • Checking around your delivery location
  • Asking household members, neighbours, building reception, or property management
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly
  • Checking whether the package was placed in a safe location

Once tracking confirms delivery, the order is considered delivered.

9. Lost or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal to accept the package, or failure to collect the package, Sealera may not be responsible for reshipping costs.

Any reshipping options will be reviewed case by case.
